Implast Italia operates in compliance with an integrated productive process respecting EU directive 94/62/CE, adopted in Italy through Decreto Ronchi n. 22 in 05-02-1997. The packages are designed minimizing industrial waste, and facilitating the recycling.

The productive cycle is fully automatic with different computerized production lines. The reel of laminated plastic is converted through hot process into finisced products: plastic cases and boxed of different sizes and shapes.

In the last years, Implast Italia mainly focused on the production of trasparent and colored containers to package foodstuffs, using conventional plastic (OPS - PET - PS - PP) either new biodegradable or compost material (poliammide).
A proper raw material source policy allows us to have anytime available the ideal stock to meet market's requirements.

Specialized machinery converts production rejects in new material to be reused in a next different cycle to minimize the environmental impact.
Plastic boxes can be destined to different uses: for any alimentary products, fresh or dried, liquid or solid, preserved on checked or modified atmosphere, vacuum-packed or refrigerated. Packed following the hygiene regulation (H.A.C.C.P.) cartons are stored on platforms ready for the next delivering.
